ORDER

The writ petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2025 and to pass consequential orders with reference to the resolution of the Waqf Board vide Na.Ka.No.610/18/a10/ka.da dated 22.01.2025.

Upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and considering the representation dated 18.10.2025, it is seen that the Waqf has certain properties which are not enumerated and in this regard, a resolution has already been passed and the representation is made to issue the notification.

3. Considering the prayer that is made, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that they will pass orders in accordance with law, by considering the representation on merits if adequate time is granted by this Court and request that four weeks time is needed. 2/4

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of on the following terms:

(i) The first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2025 and pass orders thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy.

(ii) No costs.
