2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for respondent.

3. Considering the averments made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- is modified and this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of C.C.No.547 of 2023 on the file of the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai within a period of two weeks from today. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 11-12-2025 RPP To
