V. Venkatesan (Died) v. Vasantha Ammal

C.M.P.Nos.4091, 4101 and 4102 of 2026 in S.A.No.382 of 2005 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J., C.M.P.No.4101 of 2026 has been filed to condone the delay of 571 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant viz., Venkatesan in the above Second Appeal.

2. CMP.No.4102 of 2026 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant viz., Venkatesan in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.4091 of 2026 has been filed to bring on record the following persons viz., Saraswathi, 2.Vijayalakshmi, 3 Umamaheswari, 4.Varalakshmi as the legal representatives of the deceased Venkatesan, the sole appellant in the above Second Appeal and rank them as appellants 2 to 5 in S.A.No.382 of 2005.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
