ORDER
The above CMPs are filed praying to condone the delay of 4253 days, 2093 days in setting aside the order of abatement caused on the death of
Ramdoss/7th respondent and the 5th respondent in the above Second Appeal and to set aside the order of abatement caused on the death of 5th and 7th respondents in the Second Appeal and to bring on record the respondents 9 to 11, 12 to 14 as legal heirs of 5th and 7th respondent in the Second Appeal.
2. Counsel for the respondents raised objection stating that this is second round of litigation and the delay is huge.
3. The appellant has come forward with the above condone delay applications with delay of 4253 and 2093 days in taking steps in respect of the deceased 5th and 7th respondents. In order to bring an end to the litigation between the parties in respect of the suit property, this court deems it fit to allow the condone delay petitions, subject to the objections raised by the respondent counsel.
4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents.
