ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct a fair and impartial investigation with respect to Crime No.145 of 2023 on the file of 3 rd respondent and file the final report before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Tarangambadi. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No.145 of 2023 had been registered on 29.07.2023, for the offence under Section 174(3) of Cr. P.C. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.C202400106 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tharangabadi on 27.05.2024.
