ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second

respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025 for correction of the patta number 360 for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that the survey number of the property has been wrongly mentioned in patta No.360 and therefore, he seeks for rectification of the same through his representation dated 21.03.2025. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's representation is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025 seeking for correction of the

survey number in patta No.360 by restoring survey No.426/12C and deleting survey No.443/12, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
