ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted a representation on 30.06.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.R.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent.
4.Since no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
5.No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as the third respondent and any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners as well as to the third respondent and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the first respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property,
morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the first respondent, the second respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
