ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition in para no. 5(c) in Crl.A.No.1619 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025 imposed by this Court directing the
petitioner/appellant to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four months.
2. Mr. N. Arun Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, would submit that the respondent police has now filed the Final Report, which is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2024; and that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Trial Court and seeks modification.
3. Mr. S. Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), confirms that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.
4. Considering the above-said submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and direct the petitioner to appear once in fifteen days before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m. and on all hearing dates, until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 23-01-2026 dk
