The Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection from the respondents 5 and 6 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 10.11.2025 and 27.11.2025.
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, submitted that based on the representation dated 27.11.2025 made by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted in C.No.1847/DSP/Harur/SP/DPI/2025 and it appears to be a civil dispute. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the respondents 5 and 6, conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
This Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
