ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Cr.No.1243 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police submits that apart from this case, there are three other similar cases pending against the petitioner. He further submits that the investigation has been completed and the first respondent is ready to file a final report within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the said submissions, this criminal original petition stands closed with a direction to the first respondent to file a final report pertaining to the case in Crime No.1243 of 2014 pending on his file within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
