Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to issue notice to the Respondent and punish her for the wilful and deliberate violation of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 19.01.2022 in W.P. 28276 of 2021. ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28276 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioners, after giving an opportunity of hearing and pass orders to pay solatium and interest in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Union of India & ors Vs. Tarsem Singh & ors., within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's case and passed order by the proceedings in Roc.1299/2021/B1 dated 31.10.2022. She also produced a copy of the proceedings before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
