ORDER

The judgment dated 19.06.2025 in W.P.No.343 of 2025 which is the subject matter of this Contempt petition was passed in pursuant to the order dated 20.07.2022 passed in P.G.Nos.66 to 69 of 2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the respondents had challenged the order dated 20.07.2022 passed in P.G.Nos.66 to 69 of 2022 before this Court in W.P.Nos.8718, 8724, 8731 and 8737 of 2026. This Court, by an order dated 11.03.2026, has passed the following order:

"4.Upon considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has made out a prima-

facie case for grant of an order of interim stay as prayed for. Accordingly, there shall be an order of interim stay of operation of Order dated 20.07.2022 passed in P.G.Nos.66 to 69 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent, subject to condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.1,24,65,086.78 (Principal: Rs.79,74,941/- and Interest @10% of Rs.44,90,145.78) on the file of the 2nd respondent respectively in respect of 26 employees, including the 3rd respondent in the respective writ petitions, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
