ORDER

This writ petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to take action against the respondents 4 to 8 based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.10.2025 and in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.10.2025, an enquiry has been conducted in Current Paper No.276/2025 by the third respondent. He further submitted that the enquiry would be completed within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition (criminal) stands disposed of, directing the third respondent to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 04-12-2025 vum Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
