ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.145 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had induced the defacto complainant to invest a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- under the pretext of "High Returns" and thereafter, the petitioner had cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 25.09.2025 in Crl.OP.No.20129 of 2025, dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition for the following reasons:

" Taking into the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, considering the fact that the petitioner is a main accused in this case, no previous case is pending against the petitioner herein similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to allow this Criminal Original Petition".

4. Considering the facts and submissions of the case and the submissions made by both sides and also taking note of the fact that there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 15.12.2025 Vv 2/4
