ORDER

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions were filed seeking to accept the cause title as shown in the revision petitions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were represented by power agent even before the trial court and the application to recognise the power filed by the petitioners in IA.No.4 of 2024 was allowed by the trial court. However, the name of the power agent has not been shown in the certified copy issued to the petitioners. In view of the same, the petitioners have to get the certified copy amended suitably by incorporating the name of the power agent.

3. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy in IA.Nos. 9 and 10 of 2025 to the counsel for the petitioners to enable him to get it amended

suitably by including the name of the power agent before the Trial Court.

4. In view of the above direction, both the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
