ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to correct the mistake in the patta issued earlier in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2025.

2. The petitioner claims that by mistake in the patta issued in favour of the petitioner for the subject property, survey number has been wrongly mentioned as S.F.No.419 instead of S.F.No.414. The petitioner seeks to rectify the said mistake and has given a representation to the respondents on 22.10.2025 for the said purpose. Since the said representation is yet to be considered, they have filed this writ petition.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, the fifth respondent has already prepared a report dated 24.01.2022 and the same was also forwarded to the fourth respondent. It is now informed that the said file is pending consideration before the first respondent for passing final orders. __________Page 2 of 4

Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and submits that within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, final orders will be passed by the first respondent on the representation dated 22.10.2025 of the petitioner.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2025 seeking for rectification of the mistake in the patta by changing survey number as S.F.No.414 instead of S.F.No.419, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
