This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to rectify the alleged erroneous entries made in the Town Survey Land Register for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has given a representation on 04.11.2023 to rectify the alleged erroneous entries made in the Town Survey Land Register for the subject property. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2023 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2023, seeking to rectify the alleged erroneous entries made in the Town Survey Land Register for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
