ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to refund the Rs.50,00,000/- payable to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2025.

2. Mr.D.R.Arun Kumar, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 2 nd respondent to refund Rs.50,00,000/- payable 2/5

to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2025, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the nd respondent to consider the petitioner's merits of the case, directs the 2 representation dated 15.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved person, if any.
