2. The respondent has no objection for the prayer made in this application and made an endorsement to that effect on the application.

3. Hence, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to list the Original Petition for joint trial on 27.01.2026, along with G.W.O.P.No.1795 of 2025.
