ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to settle the petitioner's terminal benefits, such as Encashment of Earned Leave, Security Deposits, Provident Fund and other attendant benefits.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The petitioner's request was already considered and denied insofar as the benefits except the Dearness Allowance, by communication dated 29.04.2024. Instead of challenging the said communicaton, the petitioner has now sought for direction for settlement of the said benefits.

That apart, the petitioner is also caused loss to the Society by not recovering loan amounts from the borrowers and an enquiry is pending. 4.In view of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Thus, the writ petition lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
