ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the appeal challenging the judgement dated 11.07.2025 in C.O.S.No.89 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Commercial Court, Egmore, Chennai. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the photocopy shop was closed and the signed appeal papers were struck up in the locked shop. Thereafter, copies had been photocopied and in that process, there has been a delay.

3.Notice had been directed and the learned counsel had entered appearance. We certainly appreciate his stand that he would not stand on technicalities. The delay stands condoned.
