ORDER
By this application, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondents before this Court. In the draft plaint and affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the first defendant's office is located in Chennai. In clause 10 of the Assignment Agreement dated 22.05.2023, which was entered into between the plaintiff and the 1st defendant, it is stated under the head ''Governing Law and Jurisdiction", the Courts at Chennai only have the exclusive jurisdiction.
2. Upon considering the averments in the draft plaint and the affidavit, it appears that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the 2/4
applicant to sue the respondents before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 28.11.2025 for admission.
