JUDGMENT

This intra-court appeal has been filed against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Cont.P.No.2823 of 2023 dated 04.09.2025. It is seen that this Letter Patent Appeal has been filed against the interim directions issued in the Cont.P.No.2823 of 2023 dated 04.09.2025 and the contempt petition was directed to be posted after three months for reporting compliance. The contempt petition is still pending before the learned Single Judge for passing final orders.

Therefore, it is left open to the parties to agitate all their grievances before the learned Single Judge, where the contempt petition is pending. 2 / 4
