ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to issue sub-divisional patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's on-line application, dated 05.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the petitioner's on-line application, dated 05.08.2025 referred to supra has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if they are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that it is owned by him, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit and thereafter, issue separate patta to the petitioner, if he is entitled to be issued, in his name for the subject property.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's on-line application, dated 05.08.2025, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom they deem fit to enquire. Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible to get separate patta for the sub-divided property, the respondents 2 and 3 shall issue separate patta in his favour. If the police assistance is required, the respondents 2 and 3 are permitted to obtain the same by giving a representation to the Page No.3 of 6
police department and the police department shall act accordingly by granting police assistance. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
