(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) The application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the appeal questioning the judgment and decree dated 16.04.2025 in Commercial O.S.No.4 of 2021, on the file of the Principal District Judge (Commercial Court) at Puducherry.

2.In the reasons stated for the delay, it had been stated that the petitioner herein had closed down his transport business in November 2023 owing to continuous losses and was not able to immediately mobilize funds to pay the Court fees and other incidental expenses for filing of the appeal. Thereafter, he made some financial arrangements required for filing the appeal and in the interregnum period, the delay had occurred.

3.Notice had been directed to the respondents and the counsel had also entered appearance.
