ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that presently a joint patta bearing No.1419 has been issued for the subject property in respect of a larger extent of the land. Since the petitioner's husband has settled a portion of the subject property in favour of the petitioner by virtue of settlement deed, which has been enclosed along with this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for issuance of a separate patta for her portion of the property. She has also made a representation dated 17.02.2025 to the respondents seeking for issuance of a separate patta for the subject property. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
