ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 26.04.2024 pending on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the first respondent dated 26.03.2024, has preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 26.04.2024, which is still pending. 3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.It is also to be noted that the petitioner is a Senior Citizen, aged 78 years.
5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.04.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal and pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 26.04.2024, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
