2. Pending the civil revision petitions, the parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, where they have been successfully in reaching a compromise.

3. The petitioner and the first respondent and also their respective counsels have signed the joint compromise memo, dated 02.04.2026. The learned counsel for the first respondent would state that in compliance with the said compromise, the first installment amount of Rs.12,00,000/- has also been paid by the revision petitioner and the remaining amount of Rs.50,00,000/- is payable in two installments, on or before 15.10.2026. The learned counsel would request that the revision be kept pending for reporting compliance.

4. The parties themselves have agreed that only upon the settlement of the entire amount to the first respondent, E.P.No.4337 of 2013 on the file of the IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, would be withdrawn, in order to safeguard the interests of the first respondent. 3/6

5. It is made clear that, in the event of any default on the part of the revision petitioner in paying the agreed amount within the stipulated time, the compromise shall automatically stand cancelled, without any further reference to this Court, and it shall be open to the first respondent to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. In view of the above, I do not see any necessity for passing any further orders. 6.These civil revision petitions are disposed of, in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 02.04.2026, which shall form part and parcel of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
