ORDER

This writ petition was filed for a mandamus, seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to include the names of the legal heirs of the deceased Late Gopal Gounder in patta No.541 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims title over the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition by virtue of a settlement deed executed by her husband Late Gopal Gounder while he was alive.

3. The petitioner had submitted a representation on 06.10.2025 with the official respondents, seeking to include the name of the petitioner and her children in patta No.541 which presently stand in the name of Renganathan, brother of the Late Gopal Gounder and Anbarasi (respondent Nos.5 and 6).

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025 as stated supra is consider on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 as well as any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems fit to

enquire.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025 seeking for inclusion of the names of the petitioner and other legal representatives of the deceased Late Gopal Gounder in patta No.541 pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition after issuing notice to the respondent Nos.5 and 6 and any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire and after hearing their objections within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
