ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her appeal dated 05.03.2025, pending before the 2nd respondent.

2. The petitioner had filed the above said appeal before the 2nd respondent aggrieved by the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 31.01.2025. Since the said appeal has not been disposed of by the 2nd respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal, dated 05.03.2025 preferred by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 05.03.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks Page No.2 of 4
