ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to rectify the alleged discrepancies in the FMB sketch pertaining to the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner claims that there are discrepancies in the FMB sketch for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and hence he has sought for correction of the same through his representation dated 05.08.2025.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2025 seeking for correction of the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
