This Court by order dated 05.02.2019, directed as follows:- "The petitioners seeks succession certificate for the estate of deceased Nagammal, died on 31.08.1997.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1 and he has given an evidence regarding succession. The legal heirship certificate issued by the concerned Revenue Authorities has also been filed.

3. Considering the evidence on record, this petition is allowed and succession certificate is granted in favour of the first petitioner in respect of the properties mentioned in the schedule annexed to the petition."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed and the succession certificate dated 05.02.2019 granted in favour of the 1st petitioner with the power to collect the securities and dividents and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule shall stand extended.
