ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.10.2025 seeking Page No.1 of 4
issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. The petitioner has not made any online application enabling the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. Necessarily the petitioner will have to file an online application seeking issuance of patta.
5. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and if the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application to the 1st respondent seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the online application, the 1st respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the same, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
