Respondents PRAYER Directing the 2nd Respondent, the Tahsildar, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to process the petitioners subdivision Patta transfer application submitted under CAN NO.133010423529433 and application NO.2024/ 0105/ 01/ 596242 dated 22.07.2024, by duly considering the petitioners registered sale Deed in Document No.8280/ 2008 dated 28.08.2008, and to issue a separate patta in the petitioners name relating to Plot No.52, measuring an extent of 2700 Sq.ft., situated in Vilangadupakkam village, now Ponneri Taluk(Previously at Ambattur Taluk), Tiruvallur District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to sub divide the patta in favour of the petitioner and issue separate patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's online application dated 22.07.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and she is in possession of the same. She has applied for the sub division of patta by submitting an online application with the respondents on 22.07.2024. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's online application seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the subject property, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 22.07.2024 seeking for sub dividing the property and for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners or any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and before passing the final orders, the second respondent shall consider all the documents produced by the petitioner along with the online application.
