ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 06.04.2023 and 17.02.2025 of the petitioner seeking for issuance of patta in their favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, and he placed on record written instructions received by him from the third respondent stating that since the subject property is a Government Poramboke land, patta has already been issued to the landless persons, and therefore, it will be difficult to consider the __________Page 2 of 5

representations dated 06.04.2023 and 17.02.2025 of the petitioner seeking for issuance of patta.

3. However, this Court is of the view that no prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representations dated 06.04.2023 and 17.02.2025 are considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, directs the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's aforesaid representations seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Connected W.M.P.No.53175 of 2025 is closed.
