Respondents Prayer : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 30.01.2025 and 04.08.2025 respectively and pass appropriate orders to link the channels situated on the southern side of the property comprised in survey No.17 situated at Karandai Village, Vembakkam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District with the channel situated in survey No.141 and 133 situated in Keelnelli Village, Vembakkam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District respectively.

ORDER
When the matter was called, Ms,C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader states that the petitioner had sought a link channel connecting S.Nos.141 and 133 of Keelnelli Village, Vembakkam Taluk , Thiruvannamalai District . She states that it has been laid. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, further states that while laying the channel, the property of the 4th respondent has not been infringed upon.
2. The proceedings issued by the Tahsildar Vembakkam, dated 19.01.2026 and photographs are scanned and extracted hereunder :- __________Page 2 of 8

3. In view of the above compliance, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
