Advocate for R1 and R2 Order st respondent This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1 to consider petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025 and issue the corrected birth certificate vide Regn. No.74, dated 06.11.1997 within a time frame fixed by this court.
2. According to the petitioner, she was born to her parents viz., Muthaiyan and Sumathi at Government Primary Health Centre, T.Palur, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District on 31.10.1997. However, her name has not been intimated to the authorities at the earlier point of time and later, she gave an application seeking to include her name and address in the birth nd respondent had conducted enquiry and certificate on 15.09.2025. st respondent on 19.09.2025. But, so far, the 1 st forwarded the report to the 1 respondent has not considered her correction application. Hence, she seeks a direction.
3. Heard Mr.Ilayaraja Kandasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.P.Aiswariya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Perused the materials available on record.
4. On perusal of records, the same would clearly reveals that the petitioner was born on 31.07.1997 to her parents viz., Muthaiyan and Sumathi. However, her name has not been properly included. Later, the enquiry report is st respondent, which was perused. In such view of the matter, also sent to the 1 st respondent to consider the petitioner's correction this Court directs the 1 nd application dated 15.09.2025 and pass orders under the guise of the report of 2 respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
