ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking direction to the III Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of OS No.912/2022 in a speedy manner.
2. The petitioner herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit for partition against the respondents/defendants on 15.06.2022. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as on 18.10.2023 and the suit was posted for commencement of Trial on 03.04.2025. Thereafter, there is no much progress in the suit.
3. Taking into consideration the suit was of the year 2022 and the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as on 18.10.2023, this court is 2/4
inclined to direct the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.912 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
