2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the dispense with petition is ordered for the present.

4. The Registry is directed to number C.R.P.SR.No.195885 of 2025 and list the matter for admission on 11.12.2025, if it is otherwise in order.

5. Mr.M.Himavanth, learned counsel entered caveat for the respondent. The Registry is directed to verify and print his name for the respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
