The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.10.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.158 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he joined hands with other bank officials, forged the signatures and diverted the funds of NRI customers and transferring funds to the extent of Rs.50.70 lakhs, thereby cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.
3. Earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 11.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30767 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the fact that the petitioner is ranked as A4, it is also alleged that this petitioner forged the signatures and he alone received Rs.3,50,000/- as his contribution for the alleged offence, and he was arrested on 10.10.2025, investigation is not concluded. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
