relating to the impugned order dated 14.05.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1068 of 2025 on the file of the Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu and quash the same and consequently, direct restoration of possession of the property to the petitioner. For Petitioner :

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though number of grounds have been urged, in the absence of there being any ground of absence of jurisdiction or malafide, no case for interference is made out before this Court without insisting on exhaustion of alternative remedy.
2. Petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The period, during which this case has remained pending before this Court, shall be excluded for the purpose of counting of period of limitation.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications stand closed.
