ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 7 th respondent has been granted licence only for running a petrol bunk at Namakkal. However, in violation of the licence conditions, the 7 th respondent is illegally transporting and selling adulterated bio-diesel in a lorry, which is highly hazardous and inflammable. The petitioner had lodged a detailed complaint by way of representation dated 25.10.2025 before respondents 1 to 6, but no action has 3/8

been taken till date. Therefore, he prayed for issuance of suitable directions to the official respondents in the above regard.

3. Responding to the aforesaid submission, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. In view of the above, this Court may issue appropriate directions.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the th official respondents. Since no adverse order has been passed against the 7 th respondent is dispensed with.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1 st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 7 th respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
