ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 12.11.2025 and take appropriate action against the activity of the fourth respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner submits that he belongs to Giramaniyaar community and the members of their community incorporated a Society in the name of "Puducherry Saandror Kuladharma Paripalana Giramaniyaar Peravai" and they wanted to become a member of the fourth respondent mutt. The very representation itself indicate that the mutt itself under the Control of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department but they have not been made as a party in the present writ petition and hence, this Court cannot issue any direction. 2 / 4
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh representation to the Authorities authorised by the HR & CE Department. There shall be no order as to costs.
