When the matter is taken up today, the learned Public Prosecutor, Govt of Puducherry submitted that the petitioner has moved another anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court and the same is pending in Crl.M.P.No.106 of 2026.

2. Considering the above fact that simultaneously two applications have been filed for anticipatory bail, this Court is not inclined to hear the matter.
