ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 483 days in filing the restoration petition against the order dated 02.07.2024 made in Crl.A.No.296 of 2018 by this court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has got objection in 2/4

allowing this petition.

3.The admitted position is that the appeal has been dismissed for non prosecution and the appellant was not heard.

4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Post on 15.12.2025.
