ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27142 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, passed by this Court to report before the concerned judicial Magistrate at 10.30 a., on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27142 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is relaxed.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
