ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition in Para No.4 of Crl.M.P.No.14088 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12268 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025 regularly.

2.In the view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the condition in Para No.4 of Crl.M.P.No.14088 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12268 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
