Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file a Public Interest Litigation for the relief sought for in this writ

petition, in view of the fact that a similar writ petition was withdrawn by the petitioner earlier on 13.08.2025 in W.P. No.29642 of 2025. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. 2.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner if so advised to file a Public Interest Litigation.

3.It is made clear whether the Public Interest Litigation maintainable or not will have to be decided by the Division Bench of this Court, hearing the said Public Interest Litigation. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed. 11-12-2025 vga
