This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents in not complying with the order dated 01.102024 in w.p.no. 10540 / 2024 passed by this Court.

It is submitted that the respondents had filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1295 of 2026 along with a stay petition and the Hon'ble Division Bench had granted an interim stay of all further proceedings. 3.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that as and when the appeals are disposed of, the petitioner can revive the contempt proceedings if so advised.
