This petition is filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the Criminal Appeal as against the order dated 21.06.2025 made in Spl.Sessions Case No.198 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent, and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
